Returns & Refunds
14-day right to cancel
If you're in Ireland or the EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, email us at jafarali9k@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email us first. Please don't post anything back before contacting us, as we'll send you the correct return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
- Please return items unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning it is paid by you.
Refunds
We'll refund the full price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return, or proof that you've sent it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
