Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from LunaLull, operated by Jafar Ali Shaik, Adamstown Avenue, Dublin, K78 Y3X8, Ireland ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to do this.

5. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Irish and EU consumer law.

6. Product information

We try to describe and show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly on different screens.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
